Daft-McCune-Walker, Inc., a leading planning and design firm based in Towson, MD, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment that values both creativity and technical excellence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,000 to $50,000 annually, based on experience. A supportive team culture with opportunities to grow professionally and work on diverse land development and infrastructure projects.Compensation:

$37,000 - $50,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality Construction Documents using CAD, including Site Layout, Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control, Stormwater Management, Road Design, Utilities (Water, Sewer, Storm Drains), Landscaping, Hardscaping, and Forest Conservation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Review and revise designs to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; CAD certification or associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CAD-related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
