REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a field demonstrating CAD skills (a construction-related background is preferred but not essential).
• Proficient in producing technical 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Previous experience with document control systems (Aconex, 4Projects, Conject, Asite, etc.) is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to produce 3D drawings is beneficial but not required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements.
• A full driving licence is preferred due to the need for occasional site visits.

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

To assist with the coordination, production, and issuing of drawings for secured projects, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role also involves managing document control across all projects. This position is based at our Maldon office and is ideally suited to someone local to the area.
