ROLE PURPOSE

You’ll work closely with the design and legal team, to support from a CAD design perspective on important District Heating, Electricity, Gas and Water projects, gaining exposure to a variety of projects that challenge you to think creatively and enhance your expertise. You’ll also enjoy a diverse work environment where your ability to adapt to new technologies and processes will be valued. Your input will help ensure accurate and timely project delivery, making a real impact on our clients and the communities they serve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by architects and designers and make modifications to existing drawings.
• Interact with our Legal team, Engineers and Designers to understand their design requirements.
• Generate detailed electrical drawings, for HV distribution purposes.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with HM Land Registry, technical standards, regulatory standards and/or health and safety standards (as appropriate).
• Translate data between various formats (between CAD and GIS).
• Ensure all drawings contain required information / attribute data in suitable formats, to enable data and drawings to be transferred into a centralised data store
