We’re looking for a Part-Time CAD Technician to join our team. This is a supportive role where you’ll work with our planning consultants to prepare technical drawings and plans that form part of planning applications. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and keen to learn, we’ll provide the training you need.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and update drawings for planning applications using CAD software.
• Support the planning team with site layouts, block plans, and technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, compliant, and properly filed.
• Assist with administrative tasks linked to planning applications.
• Work closely with the wider team, contributing to our professional standards.

What you bring

• Strong attention to detail and an organised way of working.
• Confidence with computers and willingness to learn CAD.
• A steady, reliable approach — able to follow processes and maintain accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a supportive team mindset.
• No prior CAD experience required — training will be provided.
