HG Offsite Solutions are a modular bathroom POD manufacturer, working with our parent company HG Construction to deliver quality and reliable goods across the UK.
Due to continuous expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Cad Technician to join a small office-based Design team in a market leading bathroom pod company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record to manage projects within budget, on time and to the required standards. Competence in AutoCAD and Revit with excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as a strong organisational and administrative skillset. Candidates should ideally have experience of working in a modular based company with a knowledge of steelwork, plumbing and electrical. Salary negotiable dependant on experience and skills.

The below duties are neither exclusive nor exhaustive of the job and additional accountabilities may be required and incorporated from time to time.

• Experience with 2D/3D CAD software. e.g., AutoCAD & Revit
• To prepare enquiry drawings and technical information using Autodesk Revit and associated software’s to produce accurate, high quality plan / elevation drawings and specifications to meet the clients requirements.
• Produce production drawings and information for the factory, including complete assembly, M+E & fabrication drawings.
• Prepare As-Built drawing layouts.
• Maintain and update drawings to current standards and regulations.
• Create and update drawing registers for projects when required.
• To upload drawings both to our internal systems & externally to client portal drawing systems if required.
• Produce a final O+M package for clients on completion of projects.

Requirements

• Revit (min 1 year’s experience)
• AutoCAD 2D experience (min 1 year)
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Ideally previous modular experience but not essential

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am till 5pm. Fri 7:30am till 11:30am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
