Lake Superior Consulting (LSC) is seeking a CAD Technician II to support our growing drafting and design team!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and refining drawings that drive successful construction and engineering projects. You’ll use your technical skillset to turn redlines, concepts, and markups into precise CAD drawings used for bidding, permitting, and construction — all while learning and growing alongside a supportive and talented team.

• Develop and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD and related tools
• Translate redlines and design concepts into accurate and detailed CAD drawings
• Prepare plans, layouts, detail drawings, and sketches as directed by engineers and designers
• Support the organization of drawing sets and construction documents, incorporating applicable codes and industry standards
• Revise existing drawings and ensure “As-Built” accuracy
• Maintain drawing archives and revision history in an organized manner
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple office locations
• Support calculations and drafting tasks under the guidance of engineers or senior designers
• Track and communicate progress, design changes, and project timelines
