Kaukahi is looking for Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Technicians who are proficient in AutoCAD and Bentley Microstation. The CAD Technician must have a good understanding of architectural floor plans and AEC standards and the ability to create detailed floor plans from field drawings.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to {50} pounds as necessary. Optional: Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day

• Accurately document space usage within buildings floor plan based on standardized criteria and attributes

  Job Profile: CAD Technician is an entry-level full-time position with career progression opportunities. The role is assigned to facility survey projects within the United States. Assignments range from several days to several months depending on size of project. 100% travel is possible.
  Compensation Minimum: $17.00
