Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: OLD Corporate Office - Pittsburgh, PA 15205 Position Type: Full Time RIG Consulting, Inc. (RIG) is seeking a CAD Technician to support our client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Northshore) area. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency and ensuring compliance to applicable regulation and professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc. Performs deeds research, deed plotting and map checks. Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions, and alignments drawings. Provide technical office support. Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings. Ensure schedules and productivity objectives set up by supervisor for preparation of survey plats and drawings are achieved. Preferred Experience, Skills, & Knowledge: Minimum of one (1) year related survey experience Excellent computer and technical skills, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation. PennDOT experience a plus. Strong listening, writing and verbal skills. Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude. Valid Driver’s License Workweek & Benefits: The CAD Technician is a full-time, non-exempt position.
