QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: AAS in Technical Field or Technical Documentation from Trade Related Academy or School Applicable experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement.
EXPERIENCE: Must be proficient with Solidworks. Foundry, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Tooling experience preferred. Knowledge of other modeling software, understanding or experience in dimensional scanning, and experience with solidification software would be beneficial.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Performs a variety of engineering directed assignments in developing and implementing casting and tooling design. Knowledge of production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards is beneficial. Working with customer provided drawings and models to develop and improve the design for manufacturability. Work with product engineers and vendors to develop tooling and fixtures. Monitors assigned projects to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards. Ability to multitask and be flexible with assignments. This position will be working in the engineering dept. and report directly to the Director of Engineering
