Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Own and maintain stable, standardized CAD environments across the firm, ensuring configurations are tested, documented, and production-ready before deployment * Develop, maintain, and validate CAD workspaces, templates, libraries, and configuration files in alignment with approved firmwide standards * Configure and maintain ProjectWise managed workspaces and integrations * Lead testing, validation, and controlled rollout of software upgrades, service packs, and environment changes, minimizing disruption to project teams * Serve as an escalation point for CAD-related issues impacting workspaces, standards, or multi-user workflows * Enforce approved CAD standards through configuration, workspace controls, and environment setup * Support migration of active projects to newer design software versions following established processes * Document workspace configurations, upgrade testing results, known issues, and repeatable support procedures * Collaborate with support to resolve systemic issues and reduce recurring support tickets * Coordinate with design subject matter experts when standards interpretation or changes are required * Assist with development of operational documentation, job aids, and internal knowledge resources Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
