JOB SUMMARY

The Caddy Attendant is responsible for providing a friendly and welcoming experience to members and guests while ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed. The role oversees the presentation and upkeepof the bag drop, bag storage, cartwell, and driving range areas, ensuring the highest levels of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES (JOB-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Ensure the presentation and preparation of the driving range, short game area, members’ range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage, and cartwell.
  • Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress standards.
  • Manage member and guest expectations regarding lateness, no-shows, squeeze-in tee times, and any special requirements that may arise.
  • Strive to achieve outstanding 59Club results as part of the Mystery Shopper program.
  • Ensure the availability and cleanliness of range balls, making sure they are washed and maintained after each range ball pick.
  • Assist members and guests with transporting golf bags, assigning range bays, and providing golf carts while delivering the highest standards of service.
  • Perform delegated tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensure all lights are switched off and machines, such as ball pickers, are properly secured after duty hours.
  • Diligently follow and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.

ANCILLARY DUTIES

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support activities contributing to individual and organizational growth.
  • Represent the department or organization in various committees, such as the Staff Committee, Green Theme (environmental), Food Committee, or Sports Committee.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Be trained as a Fire Marshal or First Aider when needed.
