We are seeking a Cadet Building Code Consultant to join our Canberra Airport team. This is a unique
opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in building surveying
and compliance while working on a wide range of commercial and aviation projects in a highly specialised
and regulated environment.
You’ll be supported by experienced Building Surveyors and Airport Building Controllers and gain exposure to
the assessment of major developments under federal legislation.

• Attend site inspections and contribute to inspection records and compliance reports
• Maintain and organise project files, registers, and compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support to the Airport Building Control team including data entry,

document formatting, and correspondence preparation

environment
