Georgiou is currently on the search for Cadet Contracts Administrators to join our Cadet Program commencing in December 2025. As a Cadet building your career with Georgiou, you will immerse yourself in all facets of the Contracts Administration field, learning everything from Surveying, Estimating, site and office-based Engineering and Contracts Administration, which means you get to try a bit of everything and find a comfortable fit for your steel capped boots!

• You must be currently completing a Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree
• You’re inspired by our values of care, integrity and excellence – you want to be part of the ‘best people to work with’
• You’re available full time starting in your December 2025 semester break and can commit to a minimum of 1 day a week (trust us, you’ll want to work more though)
• You’re on the home stretch and have a minimum of 1 year left of studies as of December 2025
• You have a thirst for knowledge and you’re keen to embrace Georgiou’s culture
