ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cadet Estimator to join our growing Sydney team. If you’re passionate about construction and want to get hands-on experience in commercial fit-outs, this is your chance to work alongside industry leaders, learn on the job, and build a strong foundation in estimating. Whether you’re currently studying or a recent graduate, we’ll support your development with real project exposure, mentoring, and structured guidance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Currently studying (or recently completed) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• A genuine interest in fit-out and refurbishment
• Good time management, attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
• A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Previous industry experience (even part-time or site-based) is great, but not essential
