Description
We are pleased to announce an exclusive opportunity to become future pilots of Qatar Airways through joining our MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme. There are limited slots open for the residents of Qatar and candidates who were born in Qatar. The associated cost of training shall be arranged by the candidates. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Must have a valid residence permit in the State of Qatar, or was born in Qatar Must be above the age of 18 years and below 27 years at the time of application Must have completed Secondary School Education Must have a minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 overall (attained in the last 24 months, and not less than 6.0 in each component). We recommend applicants to take their IELTS test through the Qatar Aeronautical Academy (QAA). (IELTS tests taken through other entities will require verification by QAA, if selected). Must pass all pre-selection assessment tests Must pass the Qatar Airways interview Must be medically fit to obtain a QCAA Class 1 Medical certificate (if selected). Must be able to obtain an official police clearance, if required Candidates who successfully pass the assessment and interview will be placed in a holding pool, and training slots will be granted based on availability. The opening will be for limited seats. Those who are not successful can monitor the next opening to re-apply. The deadline to submit your application for this opening is 17 May 2026.
Responsibilities
Candidates will undergo the MPL Cadet Pilot Training Programme to become future pilots for Qatar Airways. Successful applicants will be placed in a holding pool for training slots based on availability.
