The Fulton Hogan Cadetship Programme is a two-year fixed term contract, from February 2026 through to February 2028, targeted at school-leavers who want to gain entry level experience within the construction industry. The programme provides an opportunity for individuals to rotate throughout different operational departments within the business, which may include but are not limited to, surfacing, construction, quarries and traffic management. Throughout your rotations you will connect with various crews that value teamwork, energy and fresh ideas. We will provide all the training and support necessary, including assistance in completing a Level 2 Certificate in Infrastructure Skills, as well as machinery/licensing training at our dedicated facility by qualified and experienced instructors.
