JOB DESCRIPTION
Our newly established Cadillac Experience Centre based in the heart of Sydney Roseberry Precinct, has a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our team. As a Cadillac Sales Consultant/ Ambassador, you become an important part of the wider team at General Motors, playing a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac’s presence both in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be joining General Motors at a time of exciting growth, as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include implementing Cadillac’s customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, efficiently managing leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Your primary objective is to drive sales of Cadillac EVs by delivering a confident, no pressure, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support, all in alignment with Cadillac’s mission to redefine the luxury automotive purchasing experience.
