Description OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for an Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations by filing, running software programs, entering accounts payables & receivables. Supports other Cadrex departments by performing administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing electronic files, and sorting & assembling forms & documents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Processes AP vouchers Posts customer payments Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents Reconciles vendor statements Submits invoices to customer portals Prepares and distributes reports as needed Provides back up receptionist and AP support as needed Requirements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong numeracy and analytical skills Good problem-solving and time management skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office EDUCATION High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience LOCATION Onsite SCHEDULE M-F Salary $25 - $34 / hr CADREX’S CORE VALUES Safety first, rising to the challenge, collaboration, accountability, and doing the right thing.
