Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Work scope includes: Conduct research and pre-development of innovative components for electric vehicles, residential HVAC system. Domain CAE expert in at least two fields within NVH, mechanical, thermal, fluid dynamic. Contribution to research projects with innovative ideas from CAE perspective for performance improvement and optimized design. Work closely with corporate research hub in Renningen, Germany on project activities and competence development. Main responsibility includes: Lead NVH analysis for key components of electric vehicles and residential HVAC system. Contribute to multi-physics field simulation of components, including mechanical, thermal, CFD, etc. Provide professional CAE analysis results and cutting-edge solutions to ensure research projects meet target goals. Pursue technology excellence by contributing brilliant ideas to new product concepts including patent filing. Support project activities to transfer deliverables to business units successfully. Qualifications PhD degree or Master degree with ≥ 3 years working experiences in discipline of Acoustics, Mechanical, Thermal, Fluid dynamic and related majors. Work experiences of NVH topics on key components of electric vehicle or residential HVAC system, e.g., electric motor, compressor, fan. Proficient in NVH analysis software (such as Simcenter, Altair, ANSYS) is a must. At least one domain expertise on mechanical design, multi-physics field simulation (mechanical, conjugated heat transfer, CFD) is necessary. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written) is necessary International education and experience are a plus Efficient, goal-oriented, structured working style, experienced in project work Strong documentation and writing skills Passionate for innovation, open to work in an international environment
