Responsibilities
  • Manage email orders for catering, sending proposals, invoices, and maintaining communication between potential clients and our catering managers.
  • Assist owner in day to day operations, taking calls, managing calendar, and any tasks that need to be done on the computer.
  • Prepare and print materials needed for catering and cafe signage, menus, and recipe books.
  • Maintain payments and B2B invoicing, and assist with payroll.
  • Flexibility and creativity to take on new projects in a role without much guidance.
