Full-Time Café All-Rounder – Barista + Leadership Skills
We’re looking for a full-time café all-rounder who’s passionate about coffee, hospitality, and leading by example. If you’re a skilled barista with a knack for managing busy shifts and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this could be your next great opportunity.
About the Role

This is a full-time position with consistent hours and plenty of variety. You’ll be involved in:

• Making top-notch coffee and beverages with speed and precision
• Delivering friendly, attentive customer service
• Assisting with food prep and general café duties
• Opening/closing the café and maintaining a clean, inviting space
• Supporting or leading the team during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

• Barista experience is essential – you know your way around a coffee machine
• Managerial or supervisory experience is highly preferred
• A proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Availability for full-time hours, including weekends
