We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Front of House Cafe team member to join our team in Marrickville, just a short walk from Sydenham Station. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced cafe environment and can confidently manage all aspects of front of house operations.
About the Role
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Perform barista duties and maintain high coffee standards
- Assist with food handling and presentation
- Lead by example and support the team in all-round café tasks
About You
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Experience as a barista and confidence with specialty coffee
- Knowledge of food handling and café operations
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
-Must have rights to work in Australia

Our café is located in Marrickville, conveniently close to Sydenham Station.
