About Us
Chavenage Challenges is an enterprise at the heart of the Chavenage Estate near Tetbury. With a strong focus on quality and sustainability we have developed an exceptional community space; workshops, a coffee shop and an event venue.
We are currently looking for part time cafe staff who can work in a lively, fast paced, fun environment. Ongoing training and development will be provided so if you think you lack some of the skills but are motivated and keen to learn please do contact us.
Duties
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle card transactions and operate the EPOS accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Create a positive customer experience and drive sales
Skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
-Qualifications
Level 2 Food Hygiene (we can put you through this if you dont have it)
