Merak GF is a fast-paced, high-volume gluten-free café serving 2000+ customers every weekend. We need someone who can hit the ground running, blend seamlessly into our team, and thrive under pressure. This is NOT a school student role – it is a role for an experienced hospitality professional who knows the rhythm of a busy café that can work both weekdays and weekends.

This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position covering:

• Front counter POS operation & table service
• Food & beverage prep (following established processes)
• Maintaining cleanliness, opening/closing duties
• Supporting the whole team to keep service running smoothly
• Barista skills are highly regarded but not essentia
