We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and adaptable Café All-Rounder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, loves community and is customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate POS systems
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food items to café standards
• Assist with basic food prep, plating, and presentation
• Keep the café clean and tidy, including tables, counters, and service areas
• Restock supplies, display cabinets, and condiments as required
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience

• Previous hospitality or café experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Barista skills (preferred, but training can be provided)
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
