Responsibilities

As a Café All Rounder at WHSmith, you bring a genuine passion for coffee and great service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards.
  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well-presented.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
  • Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
