Responsibilities

As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you are passionate about all things coffee! You will specialise in preparing coffees and other beverages, alongside exceptional customer service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to café standards.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a warm, professional manner.
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies and ensure front-of-house is always well-presented.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.
  • Handling cash and card transactions.
