Our company is growing and with it comes a new and exciting opportunity for experienced cafe all-rounders to join our brand-new licensed French cafe in the heart of the Chadstone restaurant precinct.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced Cafe all-rounders to join our team in our brand new dine in croissant-style licensed French cafe opening in Chadstone in March.
We will be building a super friendly cafe team, focused on providing an exceptional experience to our customers on each and every visit. As we will be licensed, previous RSA experience is preferred.
As a Cafe all-rounder, you will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate Store Manager and high performing team who are excited to sell our luxury brand. By providing support around the multiple stations in our café, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience.
The role will involve working the register, preparing food at our processing station, creating amazing coffees (we provide Barista training), serving customers on the floor, and working as a team to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards.
We have full time, part time and casual roles available. Your roster will be flexible and may include rotation across shifts. Work on weekends and some public holidays is also required.
