Bourke Street Bakery is a medium business in FOODBEVERAGESERVICES in Sydney NSW. We are collaborative, customer-centric and fast-paced.
We are looking for an energetic, customer serviced focused experienced café all rounders & Baristas. We have openings at our Balmain, Alexandria, Banksmeadow stores.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Hospitality experience (not essential)
• Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
• Can-do attitude is essential
• Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
• Can work quickly and efficiently
• Punctual, well-presented & safety conscious
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Some early morning starts (5/6 am)
• Weekend work 1 day over the weekend and mid week availability
