We are hiring for: 40 (+) hours per week, Wednesday through Sunday (including a one-hour manager meeting on Mondays). Shifts are 8 hours long, and start times can vary between open (5am-7am starts) and close (9am - 10am starts).

The Cafe Manager’s main responsibilities include:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages the Cafe Assistant Manager, Cafe Leads and Counter Service team. Responsibilities include setting the schedule, running staff meetings, interviewing, hiring/firing, and training employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and at least one-year supervisory experience in a high-volume caf environment is required.
