Your opportunity As a Café and Functions Assistant, you’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents! Your key responsibilities include: Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile Preparing food and beverages with care, including crafting delicious espresso coffee Operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly Ensuring the café is always tidy, welcoming, and ready for action – from setup to clean-up Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages! What you’ll bring Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
