JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Cafe and Receptioist Assistant to join our team at our brand-new café, Caffi Eryri, within the busy Adventure Parc in Dolgarrog. This hands-on role involves serving food and drinks, supporting children’s soft play and birthday parties, assisting with guest check-ins at Adrenaline Indoors reception, and ensuring an excellent guest experience in a clean and safe environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and thrives in a fun, fast-paced setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident interacting with children and families.
• Strong customer service skills with a team-player attitude.
• Good awareness of hygiene and cleanliness in food service environments.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check due to the child-facing nature of the role.
• Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays, and busy event days.
