REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards patrons.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with food preparation and serving techniques is advantageous.

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and best practices in food handling.
