WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CAFE ASSISTANT/BARISTA TO JOIN THE BLA BLA CAFE TEAM.

We are looking for a candidate who can provide an excellent customer service in the thriving workplace café which offers much more than just quality food. We pride ourselves on the welcoming and memorable environment that we have created and continually providing a service and products that our guests love.
As a Café Assistant, you will be directly interacting with our guests in our brand new 11th floor cafe/bar in Watford, maintaining our standards at all times and serving a range of quality breakfast, lunch and drink options to eat in or take away – including fresh pastries, salads, tapas, and hot food.
You will be working a minimum 32hrs per week and a maximum of 40 hours.
We’ll need you to be:
· Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
· Personable with excellent customer service skills
· Barista trained
· Experienced with the hospitality industry (at least 6 months)
Your duties will include but not limited to:
· Serving food & drinks and providing excellent levels of customer service
· Maintaining the high standard of cleanliness in both the front and back of house
· Stock Management
· Completing the opening/closing duties
· Offering table service if required
