POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, food, and hospitality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of professional barista/coffee-making experience.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks to specification.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Assist with light food preparation, including sandwiches and desserts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Greet and engage with customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
