I am seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cafe runs smoothly, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
I am looking for someone only with coffee experience or barista training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Experience in coffee and catering would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the cafe’s operating hours.
