JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage their time effectively and assist in food preparation tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Experience or knowledge in food preparation is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Understanding of food safety practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
