JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen and friendly individual based at the beautifully refurbished Morpeth train station. You will be responsible for a variety of duties to create an attractive and welcoming environment for our customers.
We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills and a ‘can do’ attitude to deliver a consistently good experience to customers and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred

• Meeting and greeting customers
• handling customer requests appropriately
• taking cash and cashless payments - operating epos till
• Carrying out requests from Supervisors and Manager
• Preparation of food and drinks
  This is very much a people-focused position suited to someone who smiles readily, makes friends easily and inspires customer confidence.
