Description The Cafe Assistant Manager functions as support to our store teams for the front and back of house operations and to help operations flow smoothly. They are tasked with helping their Cafe Manager with completing administrative tasks and helping to drive a positive team member experience. The Store Lead is responsible for inputting daily recaps into their store log and for keeping store management abreast of any issues involving team dynamics and employee relations issues for the manager to resolve. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous Lead / Managerial experience, preferably in food and beverage. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
