REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of managing or supervising a café/restaurant operation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of accounts and cost control
  • Skilled in exceptional front-of-house service and customer care
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
  • Able to commit to us for a longer term

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food production while being fully hands-on across all aspects of front-of-house service.
  • Supervise and lead a team of front-of-house staff; hire, train and support staff.
  • Create and manage staff work schedules.
  • Foster a positive, respectful team culture through effective communication, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Handle customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Implement inventory control systems to minimise waste and reduce costs.
