SKILLS

• Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is highly desirable.

• Experience in catering services is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing information about menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces.
• Support catering services for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup of food items.
• Operate coffee machines and prepare beverages as per customer requests, demonstrating barista skills when necessary.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Any other duties as directed by the owner.
