The role We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Cafe Supervisor to join our team at The Sands in Browns Bay. Support our mission to reimagine retirement and aged care living by leading our onsite café and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and visitors alike. What you’ll be doing: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the café, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff Implement and uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Hold current managers certificate Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider village teams to deliver a high standard of food, beverage, and hospitality service What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a similar hospitality, café, or customer service supervisory role Strong team leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to inclusivity, respect and teamwork Sound understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations in a café, hospitality or aged care setting Ability to multitask, prioritise, and find solutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high quality service.
