ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for mature, responsible individuals to join our amazing team as permanent Café Assistants at our sites in Sidmouth. While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training. What we value most is a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café at all times.
• Assist with stock management, including replenishing supplies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
