ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for overseeing and executing the daily cafe in the Food and Beverage outlets. Set up and preparation of all assigned locations Check in food deliveries and verify with warehouse team Replenish, restock, maintain all food items and food related items as needed and/or directed by management Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness. Prepare food and beverage orders for customers Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and reporting any operating issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of all walk in and reach in refrigerator and freezers in compliance with local health code Always conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing duties Adheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds guest expectations. Ability to expedite food in a fast-paced environment Lead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards ensuring Safety and Cleanliness Work as a team with fellow associates in the both the FOH and the BOH Ensure daily checklists are followed and completed by all concession workers. Assist other supervisors in other related tasks and responsibilities as necessary. Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training. Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management. Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
