In this role, you’ll prepare fresh meals, take customer orders, keep the café clean, and ensure residents and staff enjoy a smooth, welcoming experience. Team members are also eligible to apply for scholarship opportunities to support their education and career goals. Key Responsibilities ✅ Prepare sandwiches, breakfast/lunch specials, and side dishes ✅ Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables as needed ✅ Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and process payments ✅ Keep the café tidy: wipe tables, wash dishes, sweep/mop, take out trash ✅ Stock and organize supplies in café and store areas ✅ Assist with café opening, closing, and daily reports What You Need • High school diploma or GED (1 year of related experience preferred) • Current Serve Safe Certification (required) • Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a team-player attitude Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs • Comfortable standing for the entire shift • Available for weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed Why Work With Us?
