We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential. Job Summary: Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team in Port Charlotte, FL. **Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available** **Starting at $20/hour, based on experience + benefits package(Full-Time Positions) ** Key Responsibilities: Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc. Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps Qualifications: 2 to 3 years customer service experience Back of the house (BOH) kitchen experience preferred Understanding of nutrition and performance based food preferred Banquet or catering serving experience preferred Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude Extreme attention to detail Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills Work Schedule: Shifts start at 5:00am Must have weekend availability Schedule subject to change based on operational needs Work Requirements: Ability to perform the physical demands: Must be able to work standing up for 10-12 hours, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push a cart up to 200 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop Ability to pass a criminal background check Food Handlers certification KitchFix Total Rewards Package: Competitive wage: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive benefit package (for full-time roles)- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) plan Paid time off- sick days & vacation Opportunity to have an impact on KitchFix’s growth KitchFix is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity and creating a place of belonging.
