The Role
Set within immaculately landscaped grounds in the flourishing suburb of Rowville VIC, Waverley Country Club sets the scene for a lifestyle that inspires delight.
Our team at Waverley Country Club are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Café/Bar All-Rounder to join their team on a casual basis.

You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, with specific experience working within the food and beverage space. The successful candidate will also require the following:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be well presented and reliable
  • Have a friendly and customer-focused approach, with a can-do and proactive attitude
  • To have a passion for resident engagement, with the ability to exceed customer expectations
  • To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain
  • Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, or be willing to obtain
  • Be motivated and able to take initiative
  • Basic computer skills
  • Barista skills, ideal but not essentia
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and service of café drinks
  • Bar service
  • Restocking of items
  • General tidying and cleaning of clubhouse and service area
  • Assisting with general clubhouse operations
  • Basic administration
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and their guests
    The successful candidate will be required to assist in various areas of the country club, having a hands-on approach in front of house operations.
    About You
