SKILLS

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the café’s operating hours.
