The BC Café Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s brand standards. Requirements Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards. Handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area, including dining, condiment, and preparation stations. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested.
