We are looking to hire a dedicated, detail-oriented team of coffee and smoothie enthusiasts to assist in the launch of this exciting new addition to the South County café scene.
Shifts: This position is Full-Time and primarily closing shifts (11 am - 7pm), with some morning/day shifts. Weekends are required.
Pay Range: $16-18.00/hr, commensurate with experience

• Comfortable working closely with a team
• Ability to be upright and moving for long periods of time
• Ability to lower oneself to grasp objects
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Prior barista experience is helpful

• Interact with customers to take orders and assist them with the café menu options
• Make coffee, tea, smoothie, and juice drinks
• Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated. Maintain back stock areas and coolers
• Maintain smoothie/juice bar ingredients, coffee beans and milk/creamer supply
• Prepare and wash fruits and vegetables used for smoothie/juice
• Wash dishes and utensils when necessary
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health, and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices. Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
